How Chromakey.org Uses Your Personal Information

This policy covers how Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc and Chromakey.org treats personal information that Chromakey.org collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Chromakey.org products and services. CHILDREN / MINORS

Individuals under 18 are not allowed to purchase a Chromakey.org product or service. Should a child under age 18 attempt to register with a Chromakey.org product designed for children, we ask the child to have a parent or guardian create a Chromakey.org Family Account to obtain parental permission.

Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc. and Chromakey.org does not knowingly contact children under age 18 about special offers or for marketing purposes without a parent's permission.

Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc. and Chromakey.org does not knowingly ask a child under age 18 for more personal information, as a condition of participation, than is reasonably necessary to participate in a given activity or promotion.

INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc. and Chromakey.org does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

    New categories of products, including but not limited to software and marketing communications might be added to the site from time to time. Users who visit the site can opt out of receiving future marketing communications from the new categories or they can unsubscribe by following instructions contained in the messages they receive.

    We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to Chromakey.org services, such as service announcements, administrative messages and Chromakey.org Newsletters, that are considered part of your Chromakey.org account, without offering the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.

    You can delete your Chromakey.org account by selecting it in your account page.

    CHILDREN / MINORS

    In the event that Chromakey.org offers products and services towards children, parents can review, edit, and delete information relating to their child's Chromakey.org account using tools offered by Chromakey.org Family Accounts. Parents need to verify with photo ID they are the parent of the child.

    If a parent chooses not to allow us to further collect or use a child's information, parents enrolled in a Chromakey.org Family Account may delete their child's account by signing into that child's account and then deleting it.

    CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY

    We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.

    We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.

    Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc. and Chromakey.org may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Chromakey.org account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.

    Chromakey.org's possible participation in the Safe Harbor program

    Chromakey.org may or may not be participating with the United States-European Union Safe Harbor program, which was developed by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the European Union. Chromakey.org complies with the regulations of the United States-Swiss Safe Harbor program developed by the U.S. Department of Commerce and Switzerland. This includes the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries and Switzerland.
